82: Finding a common thread with Shari Leid

From Project BFF HQ, Terri + Manya speak with Shari Leid a life coach, friendship expert, author, speaker, attorney, and the force behind the 50 States Project. We talked with her about halfway through this amazing project in which Shari sits down with one woman in each of the fifty states to have meaningful conversations and learn more about each woman, her family, and community.

We had a fabulous conversation and we also discussed some of the things Shari has learned through the project including the importance of casual friendships in our lives, how to make the first move when you want to start a friendship, and how to find the common threads we share with others.
