From Project BFF HQ, Terri + Manya talk with Dan Garbati, a coach, mentor, and creator of the “Happiness Comes in Threes” journaling method. We talk about social media and the illusion of friendship and how half of Americans were feeling lonely even before the pandemic.

We are made of stories and according to Dan journaling is an extremely powerful tool and as close to magic as it gets. Grab a pen and paper and listen for the journaling exercise he walked us through.

Dan Garbati is the creator of the “Happiness Comes in Threes” journaling method, which helps individuals reframe a self-defeating story into a self-empowering one. He is a professional coach and mentor, dedicated to helping people reach their fullest potential. Dan sometimes moves his coaching sessions beyond the traditional office or videoconference (with permission of course)--to include exciting adventures such as skydiving, trapeze flying, improv acting, hang gliding, rock climbing, and hot-air ballooning, or with volunteering that helps people in need and the elderly to highlight an important life lesson.
